Job Description

We are an animation studio specialising in niche religious and moralistic based content for our target audience, and we are looking for an exceptional 3D Animator to join our team and take us to the next level.Urgently are looking for a 3D Animator to work in our production workflow, and under the direction of the Animation Lead, develop animation and movement for creatures, objects and characters for film and television productions.You must have a very strong working knowledge of Maya. You will possess a technical understanding of the application of layouts and how to troubleshoot.To be successful, you should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player. Ultimately, a top-notch 3D Animator is creative and artistic and able to bring our storyboards to life.3D Animator Responsibilities:
-Transforming storyboards into animated sequences
-Ensuring character movements are fluid, free of glitches and believable
-Having a good understanding of every aspect of animation like- body movement, facial expressions, emotions, mood, behaviours, personalities and attitudes of a character or object.
-Work with the Lead Animator to develop look and feel of character movements
-Assist in developing new techniques to improve animation quality
-Maintain high quality and productivity according to the project’s requirements and should be able to deliver the assigned task within the deadlines
-A good balance of visual and technical skills
-A team player mentality with a ‘get it done’ attitude
-Ability to take direction and work in a team focused environment
-Strong time management and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A solid work ethic and a positive mindset
-Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project promptly and accurately.
-Meeting with clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss and review projects and deadlines.You will have the creative freedom to learn and create amazing art for our studio, with the chance to represent the studio in producing award winning, unique content for Punjabi, Marathi, and Asian audiences around the world.The Successful Applicant:
-Certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in Animation
-A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
-Require minimum 1-5 years’ experience creating convincing performance and motion for live action feature film and television series
-Required strong sense of camera work and framing
-Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including Maya, MotionBuilder, Mudbox, ZBrush, Premiere and After Effects
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.Package:
