Location: Jaito, Faridkot
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9.30am – 6.30pm)We are an animation studio specialising in niche moralistic based content for our target audience, and we are looking for an exceptional all-rounder and 3D Generalist to join our team and take us to the next level.Build great high-quality, engaging motion graphic animations using 3D characters, library assets and visual elements.To be successful, you should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player. Ultimately, a top-notch 3D Generalist is creative and artistic with a strong technical working knowledge of industry-standard software.3D Generalist Responsibilities

• As a senior member of the team you will translate the script into 3D with animation assets, plan shots and draw panels to demonstrate action and maintain continuity between scenes

• You will be supporting and assisting with large-scale projects, and managing assigned daily animation tasks. You should have the ability to understand how to design & animate from storyboards

• You will have a strong understanding of VFX and dynamics, and create all the natural elements for our scenes, such as rivers and the sea, fire and smoke, wind, and any other special effects as required

• Collaborating with Animators and other artists and ensuring things are running on time and on budget

• Join daily and weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions to ensure projects are running smoothly

• You will plan projects and have an excellent grasp of budgets required to create such animated content

• Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.

You will have the creative freedom to learn and create amazing art for our studio, with the chance to represent the studio in producing award winning, unique content for Punjabi, Marathi, and Asian audiences around the world.The Successful Applicant:

• Certificate, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in Animation, MultiMedia, Graphic design or a related field
• Knowledge of Maya + all essential plug-ins, ZBrush, Keyshot, Nuke, Houdini, Substance Painter, Corona, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects, inc experience in working on film and animation pipelines
• Diverse capabilities of the principles of 3D such as: animation, modelling, rigging, texturing, shading, lighting, rendering, effects, scripting, tracking and compositing

• Excellent creativity and artistic skills

• An eye for composition, realism, texture, colour, and lighting
• Receiving feedback from directors
• Strong problem-solving techniques
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware
