Position Summary
Today, the company offers an extensive range of premium cleaning products and a trusted aftermarket offering to the professional market. Our main product lines are floorcare equipment, vacuum cleaners and high-pressure washers and a wide range of domestic vacuum cleaners and high-pressure washers to consumers worldwide. India office is HQ at Bangalore India with manufacturing sites across Europe.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing sales as well as executing all Sales related activities for the organization in the assigned region. We expect our Sales manager to act like owners and take full responsibility of meeting and exceeding organizational business objectives and contribute to our organization’s success in the long run. The ideal candidate would combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Control.
Preparing sales plans aligned to organization goals & objectives
Working closely with the team and jointly evolve the micro execution plan
Building excellent customer/ stakeholder relationship
Actively take product initiatives as per organizational objectives in the region.
Provide active sales and market inputs to management.
Core Sales Function
Managing & developing quality Sales pipeline to meet order booking, sales plans as per targets.
Application selling
Dealer / Agent management
Strong techno- commercial acumen
Driving sales for big projects & managing key accounts
Closely supporting billing & collections
Market visits to meet customers to understand the trend, customer’s needs and product response
Co-ordinating & completely support the operations / service teams for ensuring customer satisfaction
Constantly improving on market information knowledge and discover new opportunities for growth
Constant feedback to management on market trend, product, competition performance & customer
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Engineer BE/ B.TECH / DIPLOMA Mech/ Metallurgy/ Machine Tools/ Electrical/ Automobile with 8-9 years of experience in hardcore industrial equipment & consumables sales.
KEY SKILLS:
Preferred from Industry background of industrial equipment’s, machineries, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems & pumps, bearings, welding industry etc.
People from Vacuum products background desirable but not necessary.
Good communication skills both written & spoken. Language spoken English, Hindi & local language
Decent command in excel & PPT is must.
Candidate must be self-driven & willing to work from residence.
Candidate should have his own vehicle two-wheeler/ car.
