Roles and Responsibilities

• Doing outbound calls for leads and clarifying their queries
• Explaining the services offered, providing quotes and information
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge so you can confidently demonstrate & make recommendations.
• Staying up to date regarding a company’s policies, procedures, products and services to clear out any inbound queries
• Handling inbound customer enquiries in all channels
• Handle WhatsApp and website chats to clear all lead queries
• Ensure thorough and concise notes are recorded in CRM and other internal tools.
• Coordinating with internal teams to deliver required support to the leads
• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Required Skills

• Proficient in handling enquires coming through phone, live chat and emails.
• Excellent telephone manner and be confident dealing with customer over the phone
• Experience in handling international customers
• A background in providing the best customer experience within a contact center environment
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills
• Create great customer rapport through telephone and written skills
• Flexible approach to working hours to meet business demand where necessary
• An energetic and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
• Extreme professionalism and personal presentation
• 1-3 years of experience
