Nivoda Hiring for Logistics Executive (Night Shift – Remote) at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

We are looking for a Logistics professional to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for coordinating goods collection from our overseas suppliers. The personnel will continuously monitor our platform to compile a list of goods which are ready to collect, discuss with the suppliers if it’s appropriate time to collect the goods and coordinate with logistics admin team to physically collect the goods.

Location: Mumbai (Remote)

Shift: 6pm – 3am

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with US/UK/BE based suppliers for the delivery/collection of the stones

• Coordination with Nivoda NY Team on delivery/collection of stones

• Coordinating on returns

• Creating Supplier Shipments & sharing the same with the suppliers.

• Following up with suppliers on on-time shipping of the diamonds

• Following up with FedEx with any delays related to shipments

• Supporting US Team with any other Logistics processes

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in operations or logistics coordination roles
• Quick witted/street smart
• Self-motivated/can-do attitude
• Great Attention to detail                             
• Can follow steps and guidelines diligently.                   
• Good English, written and verbal will be added bonus.                        
• Flexible to work in extended hours.                                      

Nice to haves (so not must haves): 

• Knowledge of diamonds

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
