- Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.
- Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.
Requirements: Any graduate / Any post graduate Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in a BPO trainer position. Good knowledge of the latest training techniques. Excellent communication , time management and organizational skills.Education:
