· Managing records and receipts
· Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
· Preparing balance sheets
· Processing invoices
· Processing all organization related payment
· Providing customer service to clients/stake holder
· Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
· Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
· Supporting with projects and tasks when required
· Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
· Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Update internal systems with financial data
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
· Reconcile bank statements
· Participate in financial audits
· Track bank deposits and payments
· Keeping track of all the office equipment & device
