Working experience of Ticketing tools.Experience on various WAN technologies, installing and managing routers & switches.Experience on networking protocols TCP IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.Knowledge & worked on routing protocols , RIP, OSPF, BGP and switching technology, HSRP, STPWorking experience on access list configurations, Vlans, various network technologies.Identification, analysis and resolution of problems regarding network & link managementWork experience on Nexus, Cisco devices and troubleshooting on network/ WLC / AP related issues.Working experience of monitoring and management of various Network devices like Router (Cisco,, Juniper), Switches (Cisco, Nexus, Juniper, HP) etcWorking experience on F5 LTM/GTM with Troubleshooting skills .Working experience for F5 in creating NODE,POOL ,VS & Working of iRule and creation of new iRule based on Customer requirement .Good understanding of SNAT and hands on in implementing..Reporting & DocumentationUnderstanding on any NetFlow Analyzer, Accelerators, Cisco ACS, WLC.Would be handling Technical Escalations received from CustomerGood communication skills while Responding to Customers.Understand and follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) within teams & vendorsFollow Various Industry Standard Process in-terms of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management, and etc.Knowledge and awareness of ITIL standards and industrial best practices.This is a remote monitoring, management of network devices. You should have a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude.
