• Effective handling of User/Technical Escalations
• Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SLA and Availability
• Troubleshoot High Severity incidents, problem & provide proper RCA for all incident
• Root cause analysis and Preventive maintenance
• Participate in Change management , assess Risk and Impact and implementation pl
• Mentor & Hand First line support for Cloud team and enhance their performance
• Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new Technology & Tools
• MIS customer report preparation on technology part
• Work & Drive OEM for the escalated tickets
• Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices with
• Technical Operational Role: Maintain and Manage GSDC

Private cloud infrastructure ( Azure and VMWare) and
ensure to deliver services as per defined SLA and device
availability..

Experience Must :- NetApp, SAN Storage, NAS Storage, Hitachi/EMC/HP/IBM Storage., Brocade/Cisco SAN Switches

Add on Skills:-Storage Replication, DR Drill, Metro Mirror. Tape Library, VTL, Backup / Restore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
