Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic and Video Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, who can create compelling graphics and video content across multiple platforms. You will play an integral role in designing graphics, video ads, social media content, promotional videos, and much more. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both graphic design and video production, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and techniques to make engaging, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and more.
• Design assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals, ensuring consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Develop eye-catching promotional graphics and advertisements for online and offline marketing materials.
• Video Production & Editing:
• Produce high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including promotional videos, tutorials, event recaps, product demonstrations, and social media clips.
• Edit raw footage, adding effects, sound, voiceovers, and text to create engaging, polished videos.
• Optimize videos for various platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and best practices (e.g., video aspect ratio, length, and format).
• Add motion graphics, animations, and other creative elements to enhance video content.
• Creative Conceptualization:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for both graphic and video content.
• Suggest new ideas and approaches for digital content creation, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and supports marketing strategies.
• Social Media & Digital Content:
• Create dynamic and engaging content for social media platforms, keeping in mind the trends, audience preferences, and platform requirements.
• Create short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that grabs attention and drives engagement.
• Design social media visuals that complement video content and increase interaction and visibility.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all graphics and videos are consistent with the brand’s identity and tone of voice, maintaining a cohesive look across all visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with brand guidelines and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality of content.
• Collaboration & Feedback:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to align design and video content with business objectives.
• Handle revisions and adapt creative concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final deliverables meet expectations.
• Content Optimization & Performance Tracking:
• Track the performance of your created content on various platforms, analyze audience engagement, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Suggest and implement improvements based on performance insights to enhance future content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer and video creator , with a strong portfolio showcasing both your design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing software.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the specific content formats that work best on each (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
