NI Delivery Operations being an integrated business partner for NI RBC from offer through customer order execution. Involves from early engagement pre-sales support in providing delivery and logistics execution plan input to optimize customer value.

What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for a person who is capable of managing all supply chain activities to secure delivery to customers.

Purpose of this role:

• Accountable for e2e supply chain activities for multiple customer teams to ensure delivery assurance across all Business Groups.
• Responsible for all supply chain execution including order launching, delivery plans, invoicing, and supply chain processes to affect these activities.
• Contribute to all tasks related to e2e supply chain in daily business/order execution, e.g., constraints solving, escalation management

Your responsibilities will be:

• Managing all supply chain activities in all business scenarios, including customer POs, Risk Orders, Trials, Demonstrations
• Managing all supply chain escalations from BG and CTs, and implementing effective stakeholder management
• Identifying, plan and managing all logistics activities to meet financial targets within agreed cost baseline
• Managing all LSP activities including import customs process and distribution
• Coordinate and validate the Customer invoice creation & submission, including monitoring and control procedures
• SOX and Quality compliance
• Collaborate with other BGs’ Supply Chains for multi-BG opportunities

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in in written and spoken business Japanese
• Good in written and spoken business English
• Good interpersonal skill for stakeholder management
• Able to maintain good communication skills under pressures
• Strong driver (drive actions / influencing others)
• E2E Supply Chain and import / export procedures
