Release Train Engineer (RTE) for EdenNet Product in SON Domain.
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE’s major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement
Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the ART by delivering features, Improvements, PoC, etc.
• Fosters collaboration between teams and system-level stakeholders
• Facilitates PI planning readiness and the event itself
• Drives ART Scrum of Scrums meeting and tracks execution of ART deliverables via periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync at the Program Level
• Escalates and tracks ART impediments, helps to manage risks and dependencies across teams – takes execution decisions impeding deliveries across teams.
• Facilitates relentless improvement for the ART via Inspect and Adapt workshops
• Fosters Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
• Ensures common practices are followed across teams (e.g. Tools, Templates, MoO, etc.)
• Facilitates Program Kanban and collaborates with other RTE’s/STE’s in case of being part of a system (Solution train)
• Coaches leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
