Responsibilities and Duties
1. Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
2. Ensure the quality of service delivery of the task assigned.
3. Handling customer queries.
4. Good English is a must for the profile.
Key Skills
Calling, email, chat, voice support Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Qualifications: +2 Or Graduations in any stream (Both Freshers and Experienced.)
