Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for analysis of application issues and support development teams in resolving the same. The individual needs to have good understanding of application topography and the ability to collaborate between all parties involved in a stable application environment. 1. Monitor and troubleshoot application in production 2. Liaise with stakeholders (tech and business) in problem resolution3. Communicate status (written and verbal) to project team and management4. Work with senior staff and management on delivering priorities as required for the project
• A College or University degree and/or relevant 2-4 years proven work experience are preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required• Highly flexible and adaptable to change• Analytical and problem solving skills• A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery• Strong interest in working with business teams to deliver sustainable solutions
