Position Duties
- Responsible for making account adjustments, write offs and billing corrections as directed by management
- Conduct research and analysis to provide resolution of billing discrepancies
- Process and review manual invoices for accuracy
- Upload invoices in client approved portals
- Enter new clients and delete clients from database and update product database
- Respond to special client requests, ensuring the data is accurate and complete
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/external customers, team members and department contacts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree must
- Additional post-secondary course work in accounting, finance, or related field is highly preferred
- Preference will be provided to people with finance/accounts/COS experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with any corporate.
