Notion Press Hiring for Author Support Executive (Remote) at Remote Full Time

Our vision is to democratize publishing and help writers to publish and sell their books directly to readers around the world. We are a 100+ strong team currently operating in India, looking to expand to South-East Asia, Europe and North America.

Seeking a self-driven, well-organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press’ published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns

In this role you will:
Liaise with authors who have published their books with us

Handle author queries via chat and email

Provide appropriate resolution for all queries that are raised by the author

Ensure all the concerns of the author are addressed

Close all tickets with the stipulated SLA’s

Work closely with all the internal teams

Analyse author query patterns and provide recommendations to the leadership team

Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and net promoter score.

A Perfect Candidate Has:
1 – 2 years of experience in Customer-facing roles

Strong Communication skills with strong command over the English language. A second language is a plus.

Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Ability to meet both Daily and Monthly Targets

Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.

Empathy for authors who need help

General awareness of best practices on quality standards and industry trends in the publishing industry
