Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and handling angry clients, as needed.

Helping the clients with insurance claim process information and queries

Helping the internal claims team in following up with the clients to complete the claims process

Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.

Understanding and striving to meet or exceed individual metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.

Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

What are we looking for ?

0-3 years customer facing experience

Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

Insurance industry work experience will be preferred

Willing to work in rotational shift
