The role involves Leading transformation initiatives with a vision of providing accelerated, scalable and responsive digital solutions for improved efficiency, security, strengthening the business partnership and productive cost models with IT vendors.

• Lead transformation initiatives with a vision of providing accelerated, scalable and responsive digital solutions for improved efficiency, security, strengthening the business partnership and productive cost models with IT vendors.
• SPOC for all automation, shift left & Application Portfolio Optimization Transformation program
• Ensure supplier shall follow the agreed guiding principles, targets, and governance established around process/program/change management, delivery lifecycle, compliance, standardization, or integration to implement their proposed solutions in a compliant manner.
• Review the overall progress of the Transformation target for each unit and drive suppliers to reach their targets, Drive the governance meetings
• Coordinate with all required stakeholders for any roadblocks during the identification/ implementation and closure of the opportunities
• Encourage and guide on any possible knowledge sharing opportunities within the team.
• Ensure the baselines are effectively managed w.r.t. Transformation outcome.

Minimum requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in IT working, predominately in IT vendor/customer management and IT Service management
• Experience in working on IT Automation projects, Proven experience in Application portfolio optimization at large scale
• ITIL, Lean/Agile certification, knowledge of RPA, ServiceNow Orchestration and latest automation technology
• Self-starter with ability to drive the issue end to end and deliver against targets and deadlines.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and e-learning tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, influential, and motivational skills
• Advanced record-keeping skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
