The role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure configuration of the Network Security infrastructure, monitoring, and detecting areas for improvement, investigating potential threats, and collaborating with internal security organizations and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate has a consistent technical background that allow him/her to drive complex IT security activities through an international and large organization. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Contribute building technical governance around Network security with particular focus on Firewall governance and deviations from agreed industry standards and best practices. • Oversee end-to-end delivery of systems, tools, or applications and ensure their stability, integrity, and business continuity with particular focus on technical governance. • Ensure services in scope are delivered to the agreed SLA, including reviewing supplier performance based on the agreed agreements and KPIs and operational excellence can be ensured. • Oversee problem management and drive identification of root causes and prevention of recurrences. • Investigate potential threats, identify possible improvements, and overview alerts and blockings within network security environment while being in regular contact with other ISC stakeholders. • Assist the IT partners and service providers with technical clarifications and investigations for analyzing deviations to security definitions, estimation of risks, and remediation strategy decision. • Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures and quality standards, and that appropriate operational service documentation is created & accepted by stakeholders. • Fosters a culture of high performance and innovation within the ISC organization. nnnn Position Title: Associate Director Security Operations – NetSec Governance Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • University degree in IT or/and IT Security or equivalent experience • Over 7+ years of professional experience in a similar or related role • Network fundamentals including the OSI & TCP/IP models and routing switching • IT Security knowledge, with notions ranging from infrastructure to application security • Technical governance of solutions such as FW, FW Management tools, IPS, Proxy, Micro segmentation tools.
