ONAM Office to enable all involved in alliances to approach our alliances in a consistent manner reflecting our culture, collaboration mindset and sharing our capabilities to be Partner of Choice. ONAM Office, a newly created cross-divisional, enterprise team to serve the One Novartis Alliance Management Community covering BD&L and non-BD&L alliances. The ONAM Office will be sitting operationally in Novartis CTS (Customer Technology Solutions), operationally reporting to the Head of CTS Learning but reporting functionally into the Global Head Alliance Management, Novartis. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Raise the profile for Alliance Management, highlighting the need for a professional, consistent approach to managing alliances •Provide learning and training to all members of the One Novartis Alliance Management Community, Alliance Management professionals, specialists, practitioners and support them on their development journey •Develop, maintain, update an Alliance Management Fundamental and Advanced Training Module •Build, maintain and update a Novartis AM Toolbox that makes available basic and advanced AM tools and processes for BD&L and non-BD&L alliances •Establish a regular agenda for Alliance Management Forum meetings and activities that addresses the various interests of this diverse network •Manage and quality control the database for BD&L and associated agreements •Operational support for lower complexity BD&L alliances requiring interpreting legal contracts and reach out to various stake-holders to get various issues resolved. nnnn Position Title: Manager, One Novartis Alliance Management (ONAM) Office, Novartis BD&L Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: •Minimum of 5+ years in Project Management or in a learning environment. Some experience in AM role desirable but not mandatory. •Proven project management capabilities with experience setting up and operationalizing a new project, or service team. •Proven experience proactively evaluating customer needs and shaping the service accordingly. •Shown to provide quality service to customers outside of own functional matrix environment. •Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative teams, linking with various functions and learning from them. •Ability to work flexible work-hours since customers and teams are distributed world-wide.
