Come learn how you can be part of this amazing journey Your responsibilities include but not limited to: • Provides fourth level support and O365 Exchange online operations including SMTP related issues. • Support for SPF, DMARC and DKIM Email Authentication techniques. • Support for ProofPoint, TAP, Email Fraud Defense modules. • Support Proofpoint Protection Server with complex rule creation based on business requirement. • Maintenance of existing mail infrastructure including existing rules and customizations. • Maintenance and creation of SPF/DKIM/DMARC records for all the owned domains. • Performs technical analysis of Outlook Client performance bottlenecks, and software changes and makes recommendations for improvements. • Ensure external support team members have appropriate trainings, processes, and tools necessary to perform job functions. • Ensure effective collaboration between team members and other support teams within the TIS organization (i.e. – issues, resolutions, planned service interruptions etc.) nnnn Position Title: Messaging – Exchange Support Specialist Minimum requirements: • As this is a support and operational position the ability to work different shifts and provide weekend on-call support maybe required. • 5 years of IT experience in operations and system management tasks. • 5 years’ experience in messaging including good knowledge of SMTP mail routing, DNS, MX records, SPF, Reverse Lookup etc. • A high level of knowledge of Office365 and Microsoft Exchange. • Familiar with ITIL Process and Framework Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
