Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Own and drive Solution Design in the area of Sales & Distribution area through addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following Novartis architectural standards, quality, and information security principles • Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Enterprise Process Leads to suggest standardized and simplified integrated solutions • Champion the standardization and simplification of design, minimizing the custom solutions only for cases where Novartis makes a difference in the market serving customers/patients • Deliver design solutions in line with system design standards (Core/Template). Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the architecture handbook • Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops for projects/enhancements, proposes solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations and align with business teams • Ensure that project/enhancements work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints following the release calendars. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Design scope • Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business. Initiate solution testing to ensure these meet quality standards • Follow standardized design and development processes to entitle cost effective delivery nnnn Position Title: Sol. Dsgn. Spec – SAP Commercial(SAP SD) Minimum requirements: • 5+ years of relevant professional IT experience in the SAP SD functional area • Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and eco-system applications in the following areas for the Pharma and/or Food & Beverage industry: Sales & Distribution, Order to Cash cycle (Order Management, Delivery and Billing); Exposure working with Order entry channels / EDI; Exposure to e-invoice solutions (SAP DRC eDocument WHY NOVARTIS? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives.
