Managing Labor Law Compliance for Citi Franchise in India. Ensuring compliance to applicable laws both central and state laws
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collation & Coordination
Covering Letters
Valid vendor agreements
Lease documents of the premise
Required declarations by authorized signatories
Employee and non-employee count in the premises
Working hour/shift details
Holiday list of applicable states
Tracking
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹550,000.00 – ₹650,000.00 per year
