For more details of the songs and titles, please visit: www.novex.in.JOB DESCRIPTION: – Designation: Legal ConsultantExperience: Minimum 4 to 6 years.Candidate should have experience in IPR – Copyright, Criminal – Candidate should be fine with traveling across India.Location: MumbaiSalary: As per Company StandardOffice Timing: 10:00 AM to 6: 00 PMRole & Responsibilities
– Should be able to handle all legal cases individually in Delhi.
– Handling IPR matter (Copyright).
– Liaison with Advocates for IPR matters in India.
– Drafting & review all legal documents.
– Handling Civil & Criminal cases.
– Manage and handle civil suits, Writ Petition against Govt. or Municipal bodies, summary suit, criminal cases, 138 cases, summary suit, recovery suit, Company Petitions, co-operative society matters, Arbitration Matters, Banking matters, copyright/infringement suits, etc.
– Attend Courts along with Company Advocates. Prepare reports of the proceedings.
– Preparing pleadings in consultation with Advocates for legal matters and/or vetting the pleadings received from Advocates/Solicitors.
– Giving periodical legal updates to Directors. Liaising with government officials for resolving legal issues.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to INR30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
