Job Summary:

NOVO is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Quality Manager to join our precious client –

Volkswagen. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end knowledge of the sales process and dealership workings. As a Sales Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of sales quality and customer satisfaction in the designated region. This role requires a smart individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Frequent travel within the assigned region is a key component of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the sales quality and customer satisfaction initiatives within the assigned region.
• Ensure adherence to Volkswagen’s sales processes and guidelines across all dealerships in the region.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of sales operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team’s knowledge and skills.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and provide recommendations for sales improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to address any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding sales quality metrics and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or team leadership in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the sales process and dealership operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite and sales management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
