Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate Web Designer in Commercial & Corporate Affairs within Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. You can look forward to an exciting job driving different projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders at the global level.
The position As a Senior Associate Web Designer, you will be responsible for developing assets, fragments, templates, and components to create interactive sales aids, emails, and other digital assets. You develop and maintain components, templates and assets for use in our content authoring solution, author content for affiliates and global in and outside of our content authoring solution, unit test the output prior moving it to quality team, client Management and relationship building.
You are responsible for brand packages are digital representations of a brand’s digital identity, and contains the building blocks for content, developing reusable components that can be implemented across brands, identifying opportunities for reuse and optimizations of the brand packages, aligning with stakeholders involved in the development process on the testing expectations performed on both isolated component and configured assets, constantly identifying opportunities to improve quality.
You should naturally be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, should have quality mindset and an eye for detail is a prerequisite for success, You build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances inside and outside of the organization, focused on addressing key business issues, objectives, and processes, you manage cross-functional teams or projects that are aligned with strategic objectives, using appropriate project management tools and techniques, and contingency and communication plans.
The Novo Nordisk content authoring solution allows for no-code development of most assets, and a significant part of content will be developed in this way, for content that cannot be developed in the content authoring solution, you will be responsible for developing the content to match specifications, content Authoring solution and content itself is tightly integrated with Veeva Vault PromoMats, so he/she will have to work within that system.
The position requires extensive insights to HTML/CSS/JS development and in addition knowledge of eDetailers/IVAs, Emails and websites will be useful. You should be able to manage quality on par with existing agency production, time to market, satisfaction, cost avoidance, content reuse, and insight generation.
The job is located in Bangalore, India.
Qualifications You need to have the below knowledge and skills: M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development) Experience in working with digital content development using web standards, such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Strong knowledge on JavaScript OOPs concept and a variety of JS libraries to develop the web components Hands-on experience on managing the state management using library such as redux Working knowledge on package manager such as NPM Exposure to any of the JS framework is a plus Actively involved in module bundling system such as Webpack to deploy the project Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures Experience with Pharma CRM solutions is a plus Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats is a big plus Minimum 5 years of broad knowledge of IT technologies, to be able to understand, give advice and challenge decisions made on IT matters
About the department The Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CSCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within CSCA, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The CSCA GBS unit also supports Biopharm global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
