About the Role ;

The Therapeutic Strategy Administrator is a key member of the Business Development (BD) team involved in ensuring Novotech can present the highest quality data to our clients for each new business opportunity.

Job Description

Responsibilities.

Work directly with Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director on new business opportunities requiring pre-award site outreach.
Liaise with the Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director to facilitate creation of site outreach questionnaires for new opportunities in CTMS.
Ongoing management of site outreach data in CTMS, including data entry and quality control.
Perform review of commercial databases and internal tools where required to support the development of the clinical strategy for new opportunities.
Perform data analysis and provide site outreach or other CTMS metrics as requested by the Therapeutic Strategy Specialist/Manager/Director.
Provide regular reports on site outreach data status.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
Preferably experience of working in clinical research, pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or a related field per role level as follows:
Experience in a clinical role within a CRO, pharmaceutical company or hospital.
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in data entry.
Familiarity with a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is preferred.
