NOVOTEL Hiring For System Executive at Goa, Goa Full Time
The Technology Department is looking for a dynamic, organized and collaborative team player. This role requires proficiency in all aspects of Technology, from network infrastructure maintenance and deployment to user ticket resolutions and assistance to hotel colleagues, while ensuring adherence to standards required by corporate policies.

What you will be doing:
Ensure that all users are provided with the necessary support during their day to day activities to enhance productivity
Respond to guest and colleagues’ queries in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure user satisfaction
Maintain all hotel data in accordance with company security standards
Monitor the performance of Networks, Servers, Workstations and peripherals and informs the IT manager of any abnormalities to ensure that high performance standards are maintained
Keep up to date with IT knowledge and trends to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users
Ensure standards are maintained and well communicated to colleagues to maximise efficiency
Create user accounts and allocate necessary access to enable users to access appropriate folders and sites
Ensure that all requests to the IT Department are logged in the defined manner to ensure accurate records are kept and analyse recurring themes
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
Your experience and skills include:
At least 2-year experience in an environment which requires practical usage of technical skills
