Job Description:

• Identify new suppliers/manufacturers as per requirements for Grocery, Nutrition, Health Supplement ingredients, Packing materials, Printers, Containers, Bottles, Pet Food, Pet Supplements ingredients, or final product.

• Vendor selection on the basis of Quality, Price, Credit, Availability, Suitability & Technical support.

• Receiving quotations from potential suppliers, evaluating the quotation, preparing comparative statements, and getting approval from management based on Quality, MOQ, Location & Suitability of Vendor.

• Costing and negotiating with vendors for new components as well as rate revision matters as per new material price fluctuations. Prepare the cost comparative (detailed costing) for fair pricing.

• Releasing Purchase Order as per requirement & Follow up with the vendors, Following up with the accounts for the supplier’s payments. Maintaining Purchase Related Documents.

• Responsible for Inventory Planning based on Sale Planning & Forecast.

• Daily Monitoring of Stock sheet and maintaining enough stock of Material.

• Ensuring Supply of all the right components from suitable suppliers at the right time of the right quality at the right price, Negotiating Credit/Payment Terms, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in purchase management. Preferably in food, pet food & grooming, Packaging & Ingredients.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Salary: ₹6.5L-₹9.10L p.a. CTC.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹650,000.00 – ₹910,000.00 per year
