Purpose:
To deliver an administrative support function to the Sales Account Managers and Directors by means of client quotations, order processing with excellent internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for clients and respond to any requirements.
Produce Customer Quotations on request
Processing of Customer Orders in Navision
Provide updated order progress to customer from point of entry to completion
Liasing with Commercial Department to ensure orders are placed with supplier and to obtain accurate etas
Liaise with Logistics team regarding any shipping queries
Notify customer when goods are shipping, provide POD reports when delivered.
Liaise with internal salespeople to discuss any current client issues.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Account Managers/Directors (additional quote requests, pricing for bids/large projects)
Ad-hoc reporting
