POSITION: Senior Network Engineer- Palo Alto
POSITION TYPE: Fulltime/Permanent
START DATE: Immediately
Location: REMOTE Responsibilities: Technical Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Expert level at implementing and supporting large scale multi-vendor networks
• Familiar with partner relationships, including a deep understanding of how networks interconnect and how to manage vendors providing services
• Strong knowledge of wireless networking design and deployment, strong familiarity with Aruba
• Strong experience with network change-management control policies, and LAN and WAN troubleshooting skills and an understanding of network security best practices
• Strong understanding of QoS and VXLAN technologies
• Strong understanding of cloud-based services
• Strong familiarity in coding and automation skills.
• 7+ year of experience with Security products (Palo Alto firewalls), Cisco VPN clients and VPN technologies such as site to site VPN and DMVPN, IDS/IPS products

Qualifications:
Required Experience:

• Proven experience developing and deploying global designs and standards
• Experience managing and partnering with vendors to optimize value/spend.
• Experience leading a team to deliver solutions within a global IT enterprise
• Proven ability to execute across multiple Information Technology domains
• Delivered solutions using an Agile methodology
• Has developed other’s capabilities by coaching, mentoring, developing, and encouraging high engagement across engineers located in several countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Expert in market technologies and industry trends.
• Programming experience with Python or Perl
• Experience with using Automation tools such as Chef to enable zero touch provisioning
• Built and supported Linux based infrastructure services
• Proven experience in systems design and deep problem solving
• Experience with configuration management tools
• Has deployed leading edge AWS technologies into a production environment
• Experience with latest cloud based security technologies such as SASE, CASB…
