Responsibilities

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Handle the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in enforcing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Employee Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of training and development programs.
• Payroll Coordination:Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and preparing back up for payroll processing.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and office supplies management.
• Should know compliances of Logistics companies like PF, ESIC etc etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in HR administration
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, employment laws and Government Regulations.
• Should know compliances of Logistics companies like PF, ESIC etc.
• Proficient in MS Office application like MS Excel, Power point and word
• Should be able to manage a day to day payroll MIS required by the finance team for payroll processing.
