Drives the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company’s products and services portfolio. Applies broad knowledge of the company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology, and emerging product/service opportunities.
Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share. Evaluate in-depth market analysis and lead business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products. Collaborates with research and development to create products and validate early product definitions.
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Service Offer Management supports the overall business strategy by developing, implementing and enabling the service product strategy. They may be required to own and drive the product management strategy in a region and/or a country. They use their market focus and expertise and align to the global product strategy to ensure that the product remains relevant, sustainable, compelling, and competitive within the markets they are designed to serve.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct continuous research to grow their market knowledge and develop market insights and use this to develop robust service/product strategies for services/products in their portfolios.
Socialize the service/product strategy with key stakeholders at a regional and country level.
Analyze pre-sales concepts and influence design decisions to ensure that they are operable, maintainable, scalable, and robust through an end-to-end lifecycle.
Gather and prioritize service/product and client requirements to identify opportunities and to define the service/product vision.
Contribute to the production of opportunity statements, articulate the value proposition and develop the business case for new service/products or enhancements.
Take responsibility for the definition, monitoring, and management of the lifecycle roadmap for each service/product in their portfolio.
Responsible for continuing service/product evolution, enhancements, the introduction of new features and functions, and the retirement of certain services/products or variations to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
Contribute to vetting the suitability of vendors and partners/alliances and suppliers as components of the service/product value chain.
Ensure that the relevant internal stakeholders are educated on new or enhanced service/product offerings to enable sales optimization and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the establishment, development, and maintenance of service / product-pricing models.
Manage a team of individuals accountable for service offer management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Good decision making characterized by logic and good reasoning
Demonstrated collaborative skills in working with internal and external business leaders and stakeholders
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills

Good understanding of service offer/product management and a deep understanding of the technologies related to their service/product areas

Ability to manage assigned work processes
Service orientated individuals who are able to create client value whilst maintaining profitable business results
Display an in-depth understanding of the product’s functionality and capability and how it is applied to solve client’s problems
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
Typically requires significant related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
Leading SAFe
ITIL Foundation Certificate V3 (ITIL-Fv3) or equivalent
Required Experience:
Sound experience working in an Information Technology environment, particularly within Service Offer Management
Moderate level of relevant experience in a similar role within a related environment
Previous experience in Operations Architecture, Service Architecture, or Pre-sales Consulting role related to outsourced services
