We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, Social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques
• Working with TA recruiters/managers to build the talent pool to support business forecast
• Developing knowledge of current marketplace and trends
• Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations
• Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area
• Should have good sourcing and screening skills working on the latest technologies including the niche
• Exposure to new age sourcing tools will be an added advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Exposure to Technology(Java, .Net, Automation Testing, SAP, Oracle, BI, Pega, SFDC etc.,) volume/bulk hiring
• Regularly maintain daily trackers and database maintenance. Should have exposure to working on any internal recruiting tool
• Good working knowledge in MS-Office tools(Specifically hands-on in MS Excel)
