Job Title: US IT & Domestic Recruiters. Location: Indore/ Raipur/Bangalore 2nd shift: 6.30 pm – 3.30pm EST (US Staffing) Job description: NucleusTeq is looking for a dynamic passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech recruitment. Basic Requirements

• Willing to work in Night Shift.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience: 1yrs – 5 yrs
• Technical knowledge and awareness in the latest IT emerging technologies
  • Must have exposure to the full life cycle of contract / full-time IT recruitment process, an end-to-end recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per client’s requirements (US Hiring)
  • Technical knowledge and awareness in the latest IT emerging technologies
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
  • Well-versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
  • Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background checks, drug tests, etc., leading to joining post-placement.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
  • Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually.

Any Graduate.
