We see enormous amount of interest from customers in the product and hence we are hiring!! We are looking for passionate UX designer to help us become a true multi/hybrid cloud product. Job summary:

The Nutanix Era team is seeking a strong UX designer. We are looking for someone who is familiar with products and design processes, whose work demonstrates strong design skills for enterprise product design. We need someone with global design experience that can work alongside Engineering and Product Management teams spread across multiple geolocations. Knowledge of databases will be an added benefit

Required Design Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus in Human Computer Interaction or other UX design relevant is require.

• Experience of 8-16 years in UX Design

• Well versed in using standard creative tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

• Good knowledge about user and design research

• Ability to create interactive prototypes based on existing user journeys

• Capability to translate research insights into interaction flows to increase product experience

• Familiar with current interaction design concepts, and good understanding of design systems

• Experienced in creating design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant

• Attention to detail – terminology, appearance, OS standards, behaviors, and workflows

• Ability to iterate rapidly and inspire with creative approaches

• Willing to support the team with incoming ad-hoc requests of various types

You Will

• Lead the UX design for Nutanix Era.

• Evolve a culture of inspiration, creative risk-taking and pride in craftsmanship

• Champion fast iteration, deep user research, and broad experimentation

• Ensure excellent execution by partnering with PM and Engineering teams to accelerate development and iteration while maintaining high quality

• Create experience roadmaps, influence product strategy

• Provide direction from concept work all the way through execution

• Nurture junior designers
