The key account keeper, who ensures a smooth flow of deliverables from the account managers and creative team, thinks strategically and improves the overall health of the brand.

We are looking for a self-driven, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Group Account Manager to lead our team of account managers. The individual would be involved in new business pitches as well as existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and ideas for path-breaking advertising campaigns
• Monthly account planning for all clients
• Manage a team of account managers with adequate training and development ensuring timely deliveries of tasks & projects
• Prepare excellent and well-detailed creative briefs for ongoing and new campaigns
• Ensure smooth and regular communication with the clients/brand managers
• Prepare monthly social media calendars along with the account managers
• Gathering an in-depth understanding of brands and their positioning
• Advice clients on strategic business solutions and help build a brand for decades
• Ahead of the curve knowledge about industry and market trends

Requirements

• Strong digital marketing/advertising knowledge with approximately 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Excellent time-management skills

Salary: From ₹400,000.00 per year
