WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Responsible for Plan Vs actual production target every month.
Responsible to recommend & Equip Plant with necessary tools & fixtures for the uninterrupted production & to improve productivity.
Should be capable to monitor Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity every day & report to Production Manager.
Responsible for Continuous improvement activities within the operators and increase in the performance of line efficiency.
Set daily/weekly/monthly production targets & communicate to Direct labours & Plan the production accordingly.
Monitor the efficiency of Direct labours individually & report everyday performance to Production Manager.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
YOU HAVE:
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering from ECE / EEE Domain.
Experience of 4 to 5 years in supervisory role in an electronic product assembly environment with knowledge on lean manufacturing and its associated production processes.
Should possess strong knowledge on the Assembly process (Single piece flow concept).
Should have strong competency on Quality tools, any problem-solving tools (8D analysis).
Strong Knowledge on ERP System and awareness on ISO 9001 documentation.
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
Advanced skills in MS Office
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
