We are looking for a Growth Manager who can manage a team of Growth Associates to define, coordinate, and execute the company’s growth plan. You’ll be responsible for setting up new lead generation channels, managing operations, defining playbooks, and analyzing day-to-day outcomes. This cross-functional role will allow you to work closely with sales, tech, operations, and analytics.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and marketing strategies to implement innovative approaches.
• Develop and add new customer channels.
• Acquire and maintain relationships with college managements to drive business.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, sales, and customer support to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
• Contribute to generating new partnerships that develop into long-term relationships.
• Ensure that all business development activities are being followed and executed on time.
• Using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpreting data to understand user behavior, and making data-driven decisions to improve growth strategies.
• Taking responsibility for an End-to-End Strong written and verbal communication skills in Tamil and English.

Location: Work from office.

Employment type: Permanent.

Working Days: 6 days (Monday – Saturday. Sunday will be the week off)
