Job Brief

We are seeking an outcome-driven Lead Counsellor to guide undergraduate and final-year students enrolled in our courses through the process of pursuing their master’s degrees overseas. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless growth mentality, possess profound expertise in international education, and have a strong commitment to achieving impactful outcomes for students.

Key And Management

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Senior Counselors and Counselors to achieve measurable results and impactful outcomes.
• Conduct regular outcome-focused team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Counseling Expertise

• Provide specialized, outcome-oriented guidance to students considering pursuing master’s degrees abroad in engineering.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in the study abroad sector and align counseling strategies to maximize student success.

Training & Development

• Organize regular training sessions to continually enhance the knowledge and skills of the counselors, ensuring their effectiveness in guiding students to successful outcomes.

Camera-Friendly Presence

• Demonstrate comfort and poise in front of the camera for virtual engagements and webinars.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in outcome-driven counseling for admissions to foreign universities and colleges.
• Proven track record in leadership, team management, and achieving significant outcomes in student admissions.
• Candidates with degrees from renowned or top-tier colleges will be preferred.

Skills And Attributes

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on achieving impactful outcomes.
