Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a hassle-free interview process
• Make sure candidates are prepared for the job requirements of hiring partners
• Deriving meaningful insights after the completion of the interview process

Skills

• Ability to clearly communicate the information
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to translate large amount of data into actionable insights
• Should build relationships effectively with candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skill
• Empathizing the candidates and providing the guidance with utmost personal care
• Should be able to speak in English
• Proficient in spreadsheets or Excel

Experience: Up to 1 year (Freshers are also considered based on the interview performance)

CTC: 4 to 5 LPA

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
