Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic support to students in English language, assisting with understanding coursework and improving performance.
• Offer guidance and assistance with worksheets, assignments, and other academic tasks to help students grasp key concepts.
• Resolve student queries related to English language, providing clear and helpful explanations.
• Support subject instructors by aiding in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional strategies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of educational content, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
• Provide co-curricular support by organizing and facilitating relevant academic activities and events to enhance the overall learning experience.

Skills

• Prior experience of 1+ years in academic mentoring, teaching, or related fields (the experience can be considered depending on skill set).
• Strong background in English language, with a proven ability to support students effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of addressing student concerns and providing clear explanations.
• High empathy and a supportive approach to student development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support staff.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt and improve support strategies.
• Strong sense of ownership, commitment to student success, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Job Overview

• Work Location: NxtWave/ NIAT Office Spaces in Hyderabad
• Salary: 4-4.5 LPA
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 8 AM to 5 PM (Sunday is holiday)
• 6 days a week
