We seek a knowledgeable and proactive Policy and Higher Education Consultant to join our team. This role involves strategic research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement to align our business objectives with the evolving regulatory frameworks and emerging opportunities in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on current and emerging higher education policies, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
- Evaluate the impact of these policies on organizational operations and strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed reports, policy briefs, and proposals that effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations.
Strategic Advisory and Problem-Solving:
- Provide informed recommendations to ensure compliance with educational policies and identify opportunities for strategic alignment.
- Develop solutions and strategies to address business challenges influenced by educational regulations.
Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities driven by policy shifts, government initiatives, and emerging education trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and strategies for new ventures or partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, educational institutions, and industry bodies.
- Represent the organization in discussions, conferences and advisory boards to influence policy development and strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Policy, Law, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Freshers with strong research and analytical skills are welcome to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in policy analysis or education consultancy with an understanding of the Indian higher education system and its regulatory environment is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex policy documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive reports and strategic proposals.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for research and analysis.
