Assistant Manager – Project Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager – Network to support end-to-end implementation of network infrastructure across Nykaa’s retail and warehouse locations. The role requires hands-on coordination with ISPs, internal teams, and vendors, along with support for end-user device readiness and network documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act a SPOC for end-to-end retail store projects for Nykaa

• Assist in executing network setup projects across offices, retail stores, and warehouses.

• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for quick closure of new installations and upgrades.

• Track project status, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers to the senior manager.

• Ensure proper installation of laptops, desktops, and ad-aware software during new setups.

• Document project plans, reports, site layouts, and test checklists.

• Provide post-deployment coordination and assist in issue resolution.

• Ensure timely ticket closure and SLA adherence by following up with engineers and teams.

• Conduct routine checks and support periodic audits for compliance.

• Understanding of AD ID

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation is must for this role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or related field will be preferred

• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination role

• Exposure to retail and warehouse IT setups is highly desirable.

• Basic understanding of networking, hardware setups, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with laptops/desktops and enterprise-level software deployments.

• Good communication, vendor follow-up, and task tracking skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CCNA or equivalent (preferred)

• Basic ITIL or project management certification (a plus)
