Role: Chief of Staff / Technical Advisor to the CPTO

Location: Gurgaon (5 days, work from office)

Qualifications:

12-15 years of experience , BTech in C.S and MBA from IIM/ISB strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Possesses strong data analysis skills and product acumen, along with a solid understanding of technology and business finance (P&L). eCommerce experience will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CPTO to identify new growth opportunities using rich data insights. Look around the corners to strengthen our bottom-line. Engage with the broader tech ecosystem to explore new technologies, products, and innovations.

2) Communication: Ensure effective representation of the technology function in various forums, both internal and external. Should be able to craft strategic presentations for executive leadership consumption (CXOs, board members, and investors).

3) Cultural Leadership: Lead culture fostering initiatives like improving customer empathy, enhancing productivity through GenAI etc.
