We are looking for a Director of Product to lead the end-to-end shopping funnel, drive product-led growth strategies, and optimize the quick commerce funnel for Nykaa Beauty. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the product vision, delivering a seamless customer experience, and unlocking new growth opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Shopping Funnel Optimization:

• Own and enhance the entire shopping funnel for Nykaa Beauty, from product detail pages to cart experience to checkout, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and frictionless customer experience.
• Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, optimize conversion rates, and reduce drop-offs across key stages of the funnel.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build scalable, high-performing solutions that meet customer needs.

Product-Led Growth:

• Drive growth through innovative product initiatives, including gamification, loyalty programs, and personalized user journeys.
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to integrate growth strategies such as user retention frameworks.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, leveraging customer feedback and rapid iteration to improve KPIs like MAUs, DAUs, and ARPU.

Customer-Centric Innovation:

• Leverage richer customer signals to deliver highly personalized shopping experiences, aligning with Nykaa’s broader personalization strategy.
• Drive initiatives to integrate cutting-edge tools (e.g. virtual try-ons) for enhanced engagement and conversions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, instilling a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to align product strategies with business goals.
• Communicate the product vision effectively across teams and drive alignment on priorities and roadmaps.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or consumer tech.
• Proven expertise in managing shopping funnels, conversion optimization, and growth-focused products.

• Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Strong understanding of data analytics
• Experimentation and A/B testing

• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive alignment across teams and lead through influence in a fast-paced environment.
