Nykaa Hiring for Human Resources (HR) Executive in Mumbai at Mumbai Metropolitan Region Full Time

• Assist new employees with completing necessary documentation and Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete before the new joiner starts.
• Manage daily requests for email id’s and asset for new joiners.
• Initiate background verification process for new hires to ensure they meet company standards and compliance regulations and Coordinate with third-party verification agencies if necessary.
• Assist with internal or external audits by providing requested documentation, reports, and support. Ensure that all records and processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support with generating and maintaining reports for HR and other departments. Ensure that data is accurately input, and reports are delivered on time.
