You will bring the following to the table:Excellent communication SkillsAbility to closely collaborate between internal and external stakeholders.Ability to analyze large data sets, proficiency with Excel a must.Master’s degree. (preferred but not mandatory).

In the first one year you are expected to:Build a comprehensive understanding of retail processes pertaining to your role and execute them seamlessly.Understand brand partner growth priorities and support them in their implementation, e.g. new launches, store expansions, awareness buildingBuild a rapport and closely collaborate across internal stakeholders such as store teams, operations, visual merchandising, supply chain, etc.Leverage learnings to effectively build a growth and expansion strategy for your brand partners via JBPDevelop sufficient process and operational understanding to optimize efficiencies across stakeholders from a brand management perspective.Have the experience and confidence in a place to take on additional responsibilities outside the immediate scope of your role, such as projects to manage, etc.
