Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy with the content head that aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives. Ensure the brand’s voice and messaging are consistent and compelling.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content on various social media platforms. Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to improve performance.
• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic and impactful content partnerships. Manage influencer relationships and campaigns.
• Brand Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Ensure all content aligns with brand values.
• Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate content into larger marketing campaigns. Ensure content is cohesive and effectively supports campaign goals.
• Content Creation: Manage a team of content creators, writers, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality content. Set creative direction and standards for content.
• People Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to team. Manage their performance, provide feedback, and facilitate career growth.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the impact of content efforts. Use insights to optimize strategies.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for content creation and campaigns. Ensure efficient use of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on beauty, cosmetics, or fashion.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Proficiency in content management and analytics tools
