Role Overview: A copywriter with a flair for writing hardworking, high-converting content that sells. If you’re obsessed with scroll-stopping hooks, product storytelling, and writing copy that performs—this is your gig. You’ll craft persuasive performance ad copies and product descriptions for the bath & body and fragrances category.

Role Description :

• Performance Copywriting: Write thumb-stopping, clickbaity, and conversion-driven copy for paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.) and onsite banners for Beauty Owned Brands.

• Product Content Management: Own and manage product descriptions across catalogues, PDPs, and A+ content for both brands. Communicate USPs, ingredients, benefits, and moods in a tone that’s fresh, fun, and customer-first.

• Trend Tracking & Format Innovation: Stay plugged into performance trends and evolving content formats. Apply insights to optimize messaging across platforms and test new hooks regularly.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

• 3–5 years of experience in performance or D2C copywriting (beauty/personal care brand experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of ad platforms like Meta, Google, and how to write for CTR/conversions
• Flair for brand tonality, with the ability to maintain distinct brand voices
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
• Comfort with SEO basics, cataloging, and ecommerce platforms
• Prior work in beauty/lifestyle D2C brands
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, edit and performance teams.
• Understanding of what makes a copy go viral vs. what drives sales.
